Planteamiento de 500 viviendas, en un entorno indeterminado de Argelia. Época de pleno boom inmobiliario de la primera década del 2000 intentamos aportar nuestro granito de arena, una pequeña pizca de sensibilidad y sensatez en un entorno de absoluta especulación donde parecía que todo valía, se podría construir cualquier cosa que la iban a comprar. Eso no. Planteamos incluso plantas bajas de usos comunes, abiertos a los habitantes y donde se promovía la interacción social.

Proposal of 500 homes, in an undetermined environment of Algeria. Time of full real estate boom of the first decade of 2000, we tried to contribute our grain of sand, a bit of sensitivity and common sense in an environment of absolute speculation where it seemed that anything goes, anithing could be built, becuase it would be bought. And that does not. We even raised lower floors of common uses, open to the inhabitants and where social interaction was promoted.
